Apparently, the Discovery Institute has a peculiar idea of what constitutes free speech and when. If you remember, Don Exodus, who put up the original YouTube video up that criticized Casey Luskin's appearance on FoxNews was sued by the Discovery Institute. The DI filed a copyright claim notice asking YouTube that Exodus take the video down. As Josh Rosenau noted, they didn't seem to care when Yoko Ono claimed copyright on the song "Imagine." Here is the video that Exodus made in reponse to that.
